Exchange
Please refer to size chart mentioned on each product page before confirming your order. In case if you are not sure about your size, we would love to assist you in finding the perfect size for you.
You may exchange the product for a different size, or an entirely new style.
Exchange Process
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, along with its original packaging and tags.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery.
- If your product is eligible for exchange, please email us at support@bellecreationspune.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers can choose either of the following return options:
- Self-Ship: Send the product back to us using a reliable courier service at your own expense.
- Reverse Pickup: We can arrange a reverse pickup service for an additional charge of ₹150 per exchange request (subject to service availability at your location).
- For self-shipped returns, we recommend using a traceable courier service. Any returned item that is not received by Belle Creations will be treated as not returned.
- Kindly retain the courier acknowledgment receipt containing the tracking number, courier representative's signature, and contact number. Belle Creations will not be responsible for any lost shipments.
- Once we receive the product, it will undergo a quality check. If found in acceptable condition, a store credit voucher will be issued.
- Please note that any applicable COD charges will be deducted from the total refund/store credit amount.
- For prepaid orders, the original 5% prepaid discount will not be applicable to the exchanged product.
- If the selected replacement product has a higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference at the time of placing the new order.
Sales Product
Product on sales are not applicable for size exchange.
Return/Refund
We do not have cash refund. We can issue store credit voucher which can be used on our
website.
