Exchange Policy

Exchange Due to Size Issues

Please refer to size chart mentioned on each product page before confirming your order. In case if you are not sure about your size, we would love to assist you in finding the perfect size for you.

You may exchange the product for a different size, or an entirely new style.

For the process of exchange

 

1.      The product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags.

2.      The exchange is valid within 2 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.

3.      So, If the product is eligible for size exchange , please mail us at support@bellecreationspune.com or whatapp msg on 9890997700 within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Once your email gets notified by us, please send the product back to us by yourself.

 

Note: We do not have a reverse pick-up facility. The cost of return shipping is to be made by the customer and is non-refundable. We suggest to return items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by BelleCreationPune.com will be treated as not returned.

 

4.      Kindly remember to take acknowledgment receipt of the number of dispatched products from the courier guy, with his signature and mobile number. Belle Creations will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

5.      Once we receive the product, it will go for quality check and if it’s in good condition, we will issue store credit. 

6.      If size not available in selected article, then you can book any article using issued voucher.

7.      Please note that COD amount will be deducted from total refund amount .

8.      For Pre-paid order - 5% off won’t be applicable for exchange product.

9.      You need to pay difference amount while booking other article or size.

We do not have cash refund. We can issue store credit voucher which can be used on our website
